Why Counselling?

How do I know if I need counselling?

Do not wait too long. If you are experiencing some of the following symptoms, a counsellor or a psychotherapist can help you.

- overwhelming feelings or feeling numb

- sudden, overwhelming waves of emotion

- crying a lot

- finding intimate relationships harder and harder

- feeling lonely a lot and incapable of making new connections

- struggling to cope with your usual day

- thinking about hurting yourself or a suicide

- being very critical about yourself and blaming yourself for all that goes wrong

- being constantly worried or scared about a lot of things

- feeling angry all the time

- feeling like you don’t belong
